CTS CHASSIS
Designed around a pure driving experience, the CTS chassis combines trail performance, simplicity, and scale realism.
The TWS CTS chassis is designed for real trail driving, with a front-mounted motor layout inspired by full-scale 4WD vehicles.
Power is delivered through a planetary reduction gearbox and transfer case to the front and rear solid axles. Steel bevel gears provide durability and reliable power delivery.
The convertible steering system supports AMS (Axle-Mounted Servo) as the standard configuration, or CMS (Chassis-Mounted Servo) for a more scale-oriented setup.
Two spring rates are included, allowing the suspension to be tuned for different vehicle weights.
The adjustable battery tray accommodates different battery sizes and positions.
Final drive ratios from 40:1 to 62.5:1 can be configured to suit different motor speeds and driving styles, with 50:1 as the standard setup.

The steel shaft coupler provides increased strength and durability under drivetrain load. Its adjustable length allows the drivetrain to accommodate different wheelbases without additional parts.
STT90 Scale Trail Tire
The STT90 combines a realistic tread pattern with a soft rubber compound and medium-support foam inserts, balancing scale appearance with trail performance.

Aluminum Shocks with Low-Friction Piston Rods
Aluminum shock bodies provide durability and consistent performance, while the low-friction coated piston rods help the suspension move smoothly and respond freely over uneven terrain.
Positive Caster Angle
Positive caster angle improves straight-line stability and steering self-centering.
Kingpin Inclination
The steering axis is positioned close to the tire contact center to reduce scrub radius, helping reduce steering load and unwanted chassis movement.
AMS / CMS Steering Configurations

BODY & SCALE DETAILS
The VTG80 captures the character of a classic open-top 4×4 with detailed exterior and interior features. The body includes a detailed front grille, light lenses, side mirrors, windshield wipers, door hinges, door handles, fuel filler cap and antenna mounts. Inside, a full dashboard, steering wheel, gear levers, pedals, seats and roll cage add to the scale appearance.
